Curiosity Soft White Winter Wheat

It's an all purpose soft white winter wheat for the curious baker.  It will make lovely cakes, cookies and flatbreads.  It is white and mild, makes little bran, and has a rich and nutty flour that is just the ticket for all of your general purpose baking.
